Samantha Brown goes off the beaten path in Los Cabos
From beautiful beaches to fantastic cuisines, there’s a lot of reasons to visit Cabo San Lucas.
I often crave an off-the-beaten path travel experience, which is why I love renting an apartment or villa over staying in an all-inclusive. If that’s not your speed, I completely understand… though I say it’s worth it to have your own kitchen just so you can make watermelon margaritas before noon without judgement!
You may know all about Cabo San Lucas, but something a little less touristy, check out San Jose del Cabo. The two make up a sort of twin cities called Los Cabos. The former is party central, and the later offers more in the way of culture. Both are great, but I say make an effort to get to San Jose del Cabo. Sure, it seems less sexy, but you’ll get more of the daily life vibe that I love seeing when I travel.

We loved Flora Field Kitchen. Quite off the beaten path, but amazing food with back country atmosphere.
