My Adrenaline-Pumping Whistler Zip Line Adventure

When it comes to adrenaline sports, this Whistler zip line adventure is right up my alley.

Not as dangerous as skydiving, not as scary as bungy jumping, but still with plenty of excitement! I can’t wait until my kids are old enough to appreciate something like this– it’s so fun for families, groups and dates.

I’ve tried zip lining in a few places, but this zip line adventure in Whistler takes the cake. Is there really any better way to experience these stunning mountains and the sprawling temperate coastal rainforest than from the treetops? I don’t think so.

Zip Trek Ecotours made for the perfect guides– knowledgeable and safe, but certainly not above playfully peer pressuring me into trying their upside-down zip line. I did it, kinda, and let me just say: it’s a lot harder than they make it look! My visit to Whistler took place in the summer, but all you snow bunnies needn’t worry. They offer zip line tours during the winter months as well (plus ski and tubing packages! It’s a one-stop shop).
